Cesar Cruz

Cesar Cruz is the owner and tattoo artist at Black Tower Tattoo Studio. He has dedicated a significant amount of time to art, design, and engineering. By consistently honing his skills in these areas, he has acquired extensive knowledge and expertise that he has successfully applied to the tattoo industry. Cesar worked for several years at various studios, including his own establishment known as Fiction Tower. Over time, his clientele expanded, necessitating a larger space. This led to the establishment of Black Tower Tattoo Studio in Mid City, Los Angeles. Cesar specializes in realism, surrealism, geometry, abstraction, microrealism, watercolor, and his distinctive “blueprint style.”
